Job summary

Waterstone of Grayson, a premier retirement community in Grayson, GA, is seeking a Nursing Aide to assist residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. You will help with daily activities, meals, and mobility while supporting self-care and dignity.

Responsibilities include medication assistance, escorting residents, and coordinating activities. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior nursing or senior living experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living and medication administration while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escort residents inside and outside the building as needed.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
