At Your Side Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team. You will support clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and promote independence in a warm, nurturing environment.

We offer competitive wages ($14.00–$17.50 per hour), a flexible schedule, paid time off, health and vision insurance, and ongoing training. Equal opportunity employer, must pass background and drug screening.

Qualificações

• Previous caregiving experience.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces.
• Document and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
