Job summary

GlassHouse is looking for a Network & Security Consultant to join the Operations Directorate in Istanbul. You will participate in data center and internal network projects, delivering network and security solutions on a project basis and supporting cloud customers with remote or on-site services.

The role requires 8+ years in IT, strong routing/switching experience, and familiarity with firewall technologies (Fortinet, CheckPoint, Palo Alto).

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Information Technologies.
• Experience in routing and switching protocols.
• Experience with firewall technologies (Fortinet, CheckPoint, Palo Alto).

Responsibilities

• Participate in work for GlassHouse DataCenter and Internal Network.
• Implement network and security solutions in project-based studies.
• Assist cloud customers with remote or on-site support.
• Keep network and security products up to date and implement new technologies.

We are looking for a “Network & Security Consultant to be assigned to the Operations Directorate.

Responsibilities

• Taking part in the necessary work for GlassHouse DataCenter and GlassHouse Internal Network.
• Implementing solutions for customers Network and Security needs in project-based studies
• Following the requests from Cloud customers and providing solutions with remote connection or on-site support
• Ensuring that Network and Security products are up to date and implementing new technologies

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Information Technologies sector.
• Conducting and managing projects in routing and switching protocols
• Experienced in at least one of Firewall, Fortinet, CheckPoint, Palo Alto Technologies
• Experienced in Load Balancer Configuration and Management
• Participated and managed LAN, WAN, WLAN, VXLAN and SDN technology projects
• Having taken part in projects in multi-site, network architecture processes (s2s vpn, c2s vpn)
• Experienced and actively involved in the installation and design of complex network structures
• Problem solving and analytical thinking, decisive, result-oriented, communication, follow-up and reporting skills
