Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a Network Security Engineer to join our Fatih office in Turkey. You will design, implement, and support enterprise WAN/LAN, security technologies, and load balancing solutions.

Responsibilities include hands-on management of Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, F5 load balancers, WAN/LAN/WLAN/VoIP, and ensuring high availability. You will collaborate with engineering, IT, and delivery teams to drive client projects and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in network security operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing/operating enterprise WAN and LAN.
• Experience operating network security systems (e.g., Firewall).
• ItIL knowledge; ServiceNow flow understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands on management of Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and wireless tech.
• Hands on experience with F5 load balancers and end-to-end incident management.
• Provide support solutions in WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, Data Analytics and Security.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Planning, IT, Product Development and external teams to implement client projects.
• Oversee customer network documentation including design documents, change records, and network diagrams.
• Resolve complex technical problems and advocate for customers to ensure success.
