Job summary

Spektrum Labs, Inc. is seeking a Training and Knowledge Management Specialist to design and deliver user and administrator training for NATO CIS support units. The role focuses on creating training materials, maintaining the knowledge base, and ensuring documentation stays current and usable.

You will deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions, publish knowledge articles, and capture lessons learned to improve training effectiveness in a NATO environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in education, instructional design, IT or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in technical training development and delivery.
• Ability to turn technical information into clear learning content and documentation.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and knowledge platforms (e.g. Moodle, SharePoint).
• Strong facilitation, presentation and writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse learning needs and design learning activities for users and administrators.
• Deliver training sessions, technical workshops and demonstrations (instructor-led and virtual).
• Develop training material, guides, video tutorials and assessments.
• Write and publish knowledge articles and SOPs, and maintain documentation in the knowledge platform.
• Capture lessons learned from incidents, exercises and transitions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
