Pfizer is seeking a digital product leader to own MVP vision, align stakeholders, and drive rapid learnings. You will partner with scrum masters, product teams, and engineers to sequence work and validate hypotheses during MVP stages.

The role emphasizes end-to-end accountability, translating user feedback into backlog decisions, making trade-offs, and presenting evidence at stage gates for scaling. You will manage budgets, risks, and delivery plans across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in digital product management or tech-enabled transformation.
• End-to-end accountability for digital products from discovery to adoption across markets.
• Shipped digital products and defended specifications; able to trade off & change direction when needed.
• Credible with engineers and architects on timelines, dependencies and promises.
• Structured with rigorous control of scope, timeline, product quality and decision records.
• Ability to estimate build cost and effort for rent-versus-build comparisons.

Aufgaben

• Set the vision for the build and write the target product profile, requirements and acceptance criteria for funded initiatives.
• Work directly with scrum masters, product teams and engineering to sequence work and deliver at pace.
• Engage with users and engineers; translate feedback into backlog decisions and ensure the spec reflects valuable features.
• Own product adoption during MVP stage and ensure failures test hypotheses rather than design flaws.
• Bring product, user and technical evidence to stage gates for MVP-to-scale transitions.
• Provide build estimates for externally sourced opportunities, including costs, capacity, time and risks.
• Own end-to-end programme and project management for each funded MVP: plan, milestones, risks, changes, and transitions.
