Antalya Homes is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our team. You will guide buyers and sellers through property viewings, advise on offers, market conditions, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Guiding clients during property viewings and advising on suitability.
• Presenting purchase offers and identifying clients' needs or financial capabilities.
• Providing professional advice on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and negotiations.
• Preparing contracts and other necessary documentation.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.
• Create detailed property listings with location, features, and images.
• Making fair, honest, and transparent dealings with both clients.
