Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a data analytics professional to monitor the profitability of Motor Retail Insurance products, leveraging internal and external data sources and the WTW Radar tool for system integration. The role involves creating reports and interactive dashboards to track performance and inform strategic action proposals.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong English, and skills in Python, SQL, data visualization, and actuarial analysis, with a strategic mindset and teamwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in reporting using popular data visualization/reporting tools.
• Competence in data analysis with a strategic mindset and strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player who values teamwork and cooperation.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production and profitability of Motor Retail Insurance products using internal and external data sources.
• Conduct commercial tariff impact analyses.
• Develop business scenarios and ensure system integration using the WTW Radar tool.
• Create, monitor, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards for performance tracking.
• Develop strategic action proposals.
• Analyze market dynamics and propose innovative project ideas based on gathered insights.
• Perform necessary actuarial analyses during new product development.
