Job summary

CLEATUS AI, a U.S. startup, is hiring a Mobile Application Developer to own the app end-to-end from build to users in Izmir, Türkiye. You’ll ship mobile features quickly, refine onboarding, and optimize UX to drive retention and revenue.

Required is hands-on mobile experience, a background in paid acquisition, and a data-driven mindset for installs, CPI, ROAS, and cohorts. This on-site role offers high autonomy and growth in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Shipped a mobile app or game with real users.
• Experience with onboarding, activation, and lifecycle management.
• Proficient in installs, CPI, ROAS, and retention metrics.
• Able to ship, test, and own the app and its campaigns end-to-end.
• Hands-on with at least one mobile stack: native iOS/Android, React Native, or Flutter.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship mobile app features fast, and own the quality of what ships.
• Design and iterate onboarding and activation flow to boost retention.
• Own the app’s UX: flows, screens, and details that influence retention.
• Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and Apple Search Ads.
• Produce and test ad creative at high velocity and optimize store presence.
• Run A/B tests and conversion optimization across install, onboarding, and full funnel.
• Build lifecycle campaigns and user journeys to convert installs into paying users.
• Use agentic engineering tools to build the machine that builds the machine.
