Job summary

IOM in Ankara seeks a Project Associate to assist in achieving project objectives and daily implementation of the Labour Market Integration project. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience liaising with governmental authorities, UN agencies and NGOs.
• Experience with migrants, refugees, IDPs, or trafficking victims desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring project activities.
• Retrieve, compile, summarize, analyze, and present project data.
• Monitor budgets and liaise with units and external partners for coordination; draft status reports.
• Draft correspondence, reports, and other documentation; respond to information requests.
• Organize meetings and participate in stakeholder meetings with authorities and partners.
• Assist in monitoring Implementing Partners and report non-compliances; support junior staff.
