Job summary

International Organization for Migration (IOM) Türkiye seeks a Senior Project Associate to support the coordination and implementation of labour mobility activities.

This role, operating under the supervision of the National Officer (Protection) and Senior Project Associate – Protection, collaborates with the LMI Unit and involves significant field presence and travel to support programme delivery in pilot provinces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, or related field; 4 years of relevant experience.
• Alternative: High School diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience liaising with government authorities, UN agencies and NGOs; case management and referrals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor project activities.
• Conduct individual counselling sessions for voluntary labour mobility.
• Maintain confidential case records in line with data protection standards.
• Facilitate protection-sensitive relocation arrangements with service providers.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for admin coordination; draft reports.
• Organize meetings, workshops and training; provide on-the-job capacity building.
• Respond to information requests and contribute to SOPs and technical documents.
