Job summary

IOM Ankara seeks a Senior Project Associate (Training) to support a project on jobs and socio-economic inclusion for Türkiye. The role covers planning, coordination, and monitoring of activities, with emphasis on data reporting and budget tracking.

The successful candidate will liaise with authorities and partners, prepare meeting materials, and help develop SOPs and concept papers. Fluency in English and Turkish is required; Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with six years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in political or social sciences with four years of relevant experience.
• Experience liaising with government authorities, international organizations, and NGOs in migration management.
• Experience working with vulnerable groups in humanitarian contexts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of project activities.
• Compile, analyze, and present project data; monitor budgets and propose adjustments.
• Serve as the focal point for administrative coordination and stakeholder liaison.
• Draft status reports, correspondence, and project documentation; organize meetings and trainings.
• Support SOPs, concept papers, and supervision of staff if needed.
