Job summary
Cyberwise is seeking experienced teammates to join the Microsoft Security Services Team in a hybrid model in Turkey. The role focuses on designing and delivering Microsoft security solutions for Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Intune, with client-facing pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years in IT security, at least 2 years in Microsoft 365/Azure security, and strong English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of IT security experience with at least 2 years in Microsoft 365 Security and/or Azure Security within a corporate environment.
- Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security tools and cloud security technologies.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, designing, and implementing Microsoft Security solutions (Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Intune).
- Supporting pre-sales, PoC and post-sales activities for customers.
- Collaborating with security service consultants and architects to develop cross-discipline solutions.
- Developing SME-level expertise in Microsoft Security and related technologies.
- Conducting consultancy assignments: analyze requirements, collect data, recommend solutions.
- Ensuring assignments are completed with high quality and consistency.
- Collaborating with sales/tech teams to resolve complex topics.
- Support English-speaking customers in the EMEA region.

We are looking for experienced teammates to take part in Microsoft Security Services Team.
- Assessing, designing, and implementing Microsoft Security solutions including Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Intune for our customers
- Supporting pre-sales, PoC and pos-sales activities for customers
- Working with other security service team consultants, and architects to develop cross-discipline solutions for customers
- Continually developing skills and abilities as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Security and associated technology areas
- Undertaking individual consultancy assignments, analyzing customer requirements, information gathering, analyzing data, and recommending solutions
- Ensuring consultancy assignments are completed consistently and with quality
- Working together with sales or technical teams to solve challenging topics
- Supporting English Speaking customers in EMEA Region
In summary, you will support Business Growth in the following ways:
- Developing Microsoft 365 Security and Azure Security line
- Pre-Sales; developing scenarios, preparing required materials, consulting on the solutions portfolio
- Managing deals with sales team; communicating with customers, preparing documentation, carrying out sales work with the customer
- Conducting trainings, webinars, raising awareness of the portfolio product line, speaking at events
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of IT security experience and at least 2 years of practical Microsoft 365 Security and/or Azure Security and cloud security experience within a corporate environment
- Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience at least one of the following subjects:
- Microsoft Suite of Security Tools (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Cloud Applications, Intune)
- Microsoft Purview Information Protection
- Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune
- One or more Microsoft Security and Cloud Technology Certifications are highly desirable such as:
- MS-500 (Microsoft 365 Security Administration)
- AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure Security Technologies)
- AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administration)
- MS-101 (Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert)
- SC-401: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator
