Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a large restaurant and bar operation with high volume.
• Experience in managing fine dining establishments and bespoke events.
• Fluent in Turkish & English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and guide all aspects of the restaurant, bar, terrace and private dining spaces with the Gallada Head Chef.
• Liaise with Chef Director, EAM Food and Beverage and Director of Brand Marketing to design and develop marketing and promotion strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies to elevate guest experiences and meet financial targets.
• Streamline processes to increase productivity and ensure customer feedback informs operations.
• Ensure reservations and VIP bookings are properly managed and communicated with the team.
• Coach, mentor and guide staff to achieve high performance and retain engagement.
