Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Istanbul is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Leader to oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage financial objectives, and ensure compliance with F&B regulations while developing and executing business plans for the department.

The role requires strong leadership in a high-volume hotel setting and a proven ability to maintain service standards and financial performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus 4 years in F&B, culinary or related area.
Or 2-year college degree in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years F&B experience.
Strong leadership, financial acumen and guest-service focus are required.

Responsibilities

Develops and manages financial plans, employee engagement and guest satisfaction for F&B departments.
Maintains cost management for kitchen and restaurant operations.
Oversees culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
Leads day-to-day operations, coaches staff, and drives continuous improvement.
Sets performance expectations and rewards achievement; fosters teamwork and integrity.
Ensures exceptional service and timely handling of guest concerns.
