Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking a senior Programme Lead to drive end-to-end deployment of the Distributor Management System and Sales Force Automation across METSA markets. You will oversee market readiness, data migration, testing and go-live activities, ensuring minimal business disruption.

The role requires 7+ years in large-scale technology deployments, strong stakeholder leadership, and experience with DMS/SFA/CRM/ERP implementations.

Qualifications

7+ years in large-scale technology deployment or programme management.
Experience leading multi-country projects in emerging markets.
Experience with DMS, SFA, CRM, ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

Deployment & Programme Management: develop the regional deployment roadmap, define rollout strategies, manage milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets and governance, lead readiness reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.
Market & Distributor Readiness: ensure markets, distributors and sales organisations are ready for deployment, drive readiness assessments, oversee distributor onboarding and deployment planning, secure market readiness and business sign-off before go-live.
Data Migration & Business Validation: coordinate preparation, cleansing, migration and validation of master and transactional data, ensure readiness of customer, distributor, product, pricing, route, inventory and sales data, manage data freeze activities, cut-off planning and reconciliation.
Testing, Training & Change Management: lead UAT execution and sign-off, coordinate Train-the-Trainer programmes, ensure deployment readiness, drive adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Cutover & Go-Live Leadership: own the integrated cutover and deployment plan, coordinate final data loads and activation, lead deployment war-room, manage escalation and business continuity.
Hypercare & Stabilisation: establish post-go-live support, monitor deployment performance and issue resolution, coordinate rapid resolution across teams, ensure smooth transition to BAU.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: act as central coordinator across Customer Development, Sales, IT, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain and external partners, manage vendors and ensure alignment on priorities and risks.
