Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Türkiye (Marmara Region, Ümraniye) seeks an experienced Deployment Programme Manager to lead the end‑to‑end rollout of DMS and SFA across METSA markets. This fixed‑term contract runs through 31 December 2027.

You will own the deployment roadmap, drive market readiness and distributor onboarding, manage data migration and cutover, oversee testing and hypercare, and coordinate with business, IT and external partners to ensure a smooth go‑live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large‑scale technology deployment or programme management.
• Experience leading multi‑country projects across emerging markets.
• Experience with DMS, SFA, CRM, ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of testing, cutover, deployment and hypercare processes.

The role

This is a fixed‑term contract position running until 31 December 2027. Lead the end‑to‑end deployment of the Distributor Management System (DMS) and Sales Force Automation solutions across the METSA region. Accountable for market readiness, distributor onboarding, data migration, testing, cutover, go‑live and hypercare, ensuring successful deployment with minimal business disruption.

What you’ll be responsible for

Deployment & Programme Management

• Develop and govern the regional deployment roadmap across METSA markets.
• Define rollout strategies including pilot, phased and full deployment approaches.
• Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets and deployment governance.
• Lead readiness reviews and Go/No‑Go decisions.

Market & Distributor Readiness

• Ensure markets, distributors and sales organisations are ready for deployment.
• Drive completion of readiness assessments covering systems, devices, connectivity, users and operational processes.
• Coordinate distributor onboarding, activation and deployment planning.
• Secure market readiness and business sign‑off before go‑live.

Data Migration & Business Validation

• Coordinate preparation, cleansing, migration and validation of master and transactional data.
• Ensure readiness of customer, distributor, product, pricing, route, inventory and sales data.
• Manage data freeze activities, cut‑off planning and reconciliation processes.
• Resolve data quality and deployment readiness issues with business and technical teams.

Testing, Training & Change Management

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution and sign‑off.
• Coordinate Train‑the‑Trainer programmes across the region.
• Ensure distributors, sales representatives and back‑office teams are trained and deployment‑ready.
• Drive adoption, change management and stakeholder engagement activities.

Cutover & Go‑Live Leadership

• Own the integrated cutover and deployment plan.
• Coordinate final data loads, inventory validation, user activation and go‑live execution.
• Lead deployment war‑room and command‑centre activities.
• Manage issue escalation, decision making and business continuity throughout deployment.

Hypercare & Stabilisation

• Establish post‑go‑live support and governance.
• Monitor deployment performance, adoption and critical business issues.
• Coordinate rapid issue resolution across business, IT and vendor teams.
• Ensure successful transition to business‑as‑usual support.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the central point of coordination between Customer Development, Sales, IT, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain and external deployment partners.
• Manage implementation vendors, rollout partners and system integrators.
• Ensure alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies and deployment decisions across the region.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 7+ years' experience in large‑scale technology deployment, business transformation or programme management.
• Has experience leading multi‑country projects across emerging markets.
• Has experience with DMS, SFA, CRM, ERP or commercial systems implementations.
• Has strong knowledge of testing, cutover, deployment and hypercare processes.
• Has strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
• Has the ability to work effectively across business, operational and technical teams.
• Is fluent in English; experience working across METSA markets is preferred.
• Has a proven track record of delivering successful DMS deployments across METSA markets.
• Can ensure readiness is achieved prior to all go‑live activities.
• Has experience managing accurate and validated data migration.
• Can drive deployments with minimal business disruption.
• Can support successful distributor onboarding and user adoption.
• Can drive timely stabilisation and issue resolution during hypercare.
