Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a seasoned PMO Lead to drive the METSA OPUS deployment, ensuring standalone systems, processes, and organisations across Wave 4 and Wave 6 markets. You will lead governance, planning, and stakeholder alignment in a high-priority global programme.

The role requires global deployment expertise, strong governance and risk management, and the ability to coordinate across countries and cultures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PMO or project management within large-scale transformations.
• Experience delivering multi-geography system implementations.
• Strong governance, risk, and planning expertise.
• Proven ability to manage cross-country stakeholders.
• Certification: PMO/MSP/PMP or equivalent.
• Experience with carve-out / standalone deployments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce PMO governance standards across METSA OPUS workstreams.
• Own deployment plans for Wave 4 and Wave 6 across METSA markets.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across markets.
• Maintain risk logs and develop mitigation scenarios.
• Provide executive dashboards and timely reports to leadership.
• Coordinate with deployment teams and global programme office.
• Support regional resource planning and budget tracking.
