Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to drive end-to-end DMS and SFA implementations across the METSA region from Umraniye. The role covers market readiness, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support, ensuring minimal disruption while delivering value.

The candidate should have extensive experience with large-scale deployments and across multiple markets. The position is a fixed-term contract running until 31 December 2027.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale technology deployments or programme management.
• Experience leading multi-country projects across emerging markets.
• Experience with DMS, SFA, CRM, ERP or related commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the regional deployment roadmap across METSA markets.
• Coordinate distributor onboarding, data migration, testing and cutover activities.
• Lead readiness reviews, Go/No-Go decisions and hypercare post go-live.
