Job summary

0120 Menarini Sağlık ve İlaç Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. is seeking a Medical Manager for its Medical team in Turkey. You will engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals to advance scientific communication and act as a medical advisor for products, supporting marketing and field forces.

You will collect and consolidate medical data, assist in training materials, and participate in product launches while upholding ethical standards and compliance. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or Pharmacist from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, consumer health care preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals to communicate and advance scientific platforms.
• Acting as a scientific and medical advisor for products and supporting marketing and field teams.
• Collecting and consolidating medical data to add value to company strategies and keep data up-to-date.
• Assisting in preparing promotional materials and during medical presentations.
• Providing medical product training to field force and creating training manuals and visuals in line with ethical procedures.
• Participating in product launch preparations and coordinating with authorities.
• Building relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies.
• Understanding pharmacovigilance and compliance concepts.

Job Description

We are looking for a “Medical Manager” for our Medical team.

• Engaging in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals to communicate and advance the scientific communication platform, as aligned with Menarini Turkey’s corporate goals and objectives.


• Acting as a scientific and medical advisor for products in their responsibility and for new products, supporting marketing and field force teams,


• Collecting and consolidating the necessary medical data to add value to company strategies and keeping scientific data up-to-date,


• Supporting related units in preparing promotional materials and during medical presentations,


• Providing medical product training to field force; preparing all training manuals and visual materials in line with national and international ethical procedures, as well as company and marketing strategies,


• Playing an active role in product launch preparations, supporting communication with relevant authorities,


• Establishing and developing relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies,


• Understanding concepts of pharmacovigilance,


• Understanding concepts of compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Medicine/Pharmacist from a reputable university,


• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company especially in consumer health care products.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills,


• Excellent presentation, planning, organizing, and coaching skills,


• Competent in proactive thinking and strategy setting,


• No restrictions for traveling either domestically or abroad,


• Fluent in English.
