Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Turkey seeks a Staff Compliance Engineer to lead safety, compliance, and certification activities for new product development and sustainment projects across global teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in related fields, with knowledge of IEC 60601-1/-2 and ISO

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, product safety, compliance, testing, or certification.
Familiarity with IEC 60601-1/60601-1-2 and ISO 14971/ISO 13485 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead safety, compliance, and certification activities for new product development and sustainment projects.
Develop and execute safety and performance test plans (electrical safety, EMC, environmental testing).
Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Quality, and Test Engineering teams to resolve risks.
Coordinate testing with third-party labs, certification bodies, suppliers, and contractors.
Analyze test data and failures to identify root causes and drive design improvements.
Support regulatory audits with technical documentation and responses.
Act as the technical point of contact for product compliance and certification.
