Grand Clinic in Istanbul, Türkiye, is seeking a Medical Consultant – Dental Department who can communicate confidently with international patients, understand their needs, and guide them through the dental treatment journey from initial consultation to aftercare.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with international patients via phone, WhatsApp, CRM, and in-person meetings.
• Understand patients’ dental concerns, expectations, and treatment needs.
• Explain dental treatment plans, procedures, treatment steps, and general timelines clearly.
• Provide accurate information about dental services while guiding clinical questions to dentists.
• Coordinate with dentists, doctors, patient coordinators, sales teams, and other clinic departments.
• Follow up with patients before, during, and after their treatment.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with international patients.
• Identify appropriate additional treatment opportunities based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient information and follow-up records in the CRM.

Grand Clinic is a leading medical tourism clinic in Istanbul, Türkiye, providing high-quality aesthetic and medical treatments to international patients. Our services include dental treatments, hair transplantation, plastic surgery, bariatric surgery, dermatology, and cosmetic procedures.

We are looking for a Medical Consultant – Dental Department who can communicate confidently with international patients, understand their needs, explain dental treatment options, and support them throughout their patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international patients through phone, WhatsApp, CRM, and in-person meetings.
• Understand patients’ dental concerns, expectations, and treatment needs.
• Explain dental treatment plans, procedures, treatment steps, and general timelines clearly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about dental services while ensuring that medical questions requiring clinical judgment are referred to the appropriate dentist or medical professional.
• Coordinate with dentists, doctors, patient coordinators, sales teams, and other clinic departments.
• Follow up with patients before, during, and after their treatment.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with international patients.
• Support patients throughout the consultation and treatment process.
• Identify appropriate additional treatment opportunities based on the patient's needs and dentist-approved treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate patient information and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and professional communication.
• Handle patient questions and concerns and escalated clinical matters to the relevant healthcare professional when necessary.
• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and overall patient experience goals.

Requirement

• Fluent English, Turkish, Arabic, and French are mandatory.
• Previous experience in medical tourism, dental clinics, healthcare, patient coordination, medical consulting, or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Good understanding of dental treatments and terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with patients from different cultural backgrounds.
• Professional, patient-focused, and service-oriented approach.
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Sales, upselling, or cross‑selling experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with dentists, doctors, and internal teams.

This is a full-time, fully on-site position in Istanbul. The Medical Consultant will work closely with our dental and international patient teams to provide a professional and smooth patient experience from the initial consultation through treatment and aftercare.
