Job Responsibilities

• Conduct short patient satisfaction surveys after treatments are completed.
• Collect patient feedback and treatment-related reports.
• Communicate with international patients and assist them throughout their visit.
• Provide English, Arabic, and French interpretation whenever needed.
• Support communication between patients and the clinical team.
• Listen to patients’ questions and concerns and communicate them accurately to the relevant team members.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
• Assist with general patient communication and follow-up within the clinic.

Requirements

The main responsibility of this position is to conduct patient satisfaction surveys and collect feedback after treatments. When there are no active survey or patient-relations tasks, the team member will also provide interpretation support for international patients and assist the clinic staff with communication when needed.
