Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a proactive Mechanical Systems Design Engineer & EcoFit Coordinator to drive EcoFit opportunities from identification through delivery. You will deliver mechanical design expertise and act as a central coordinator among internal teams, customers, partners, and global EcoFit stakeholders.

You will support tendering and project execution, drive operational excellence, and contribute to EcoFit process improvements while balancing technical duties with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years in mechanical design engineering, project engineering, or related roles.
• Experience in EcoFit, modernization, retrofit, or service projects is desirable.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support conceptual and detailed mechanical system designs for EcoFit and modernization projects.
• Coordinate EcoFit initiatives across Sales, Tendering, Project Management, Service Operations, Supply Chain and Technical teams.
• SupportTendering and project execution, ensuring smooth handover and execution readiness.
• Monitor project progress and help resolve issues across stakeholders.
