Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a University student for our HR Start program. You will join the HR team to learn HR processes and the employee life cycle, while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment—from screening applicants to interviewing candidates.

You will support key HR activities, including training programs and selection processes, with a focus on developing a career in HR. Strong English skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior degree student in Economics and Administrative Sciences or related fields.
• Available to work five days a week.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Aim to pursue a career in HR within Bosch.
• Analytical, flexible minded, creative and a good team player.
• Able to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Support HR processes and selection activities (training processes, student programs, disciplinary processes, etc.).

Smart Start is is open to university students, including Master's students.

Becoming a part of HR Team – you will have a chance to learn about HR processes & employee life cycle within the organization

Managing the full life-cycle recruitment (i.e. screening of applications, scheduling & conducting interviews)

Supporting the HR Team in key processes and working on selection process (training processes, student programs, disciplinary processes etc.)

Qualifications

Become to senior degree student in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or related departments

Ability to work 5 days a week

Good verbal and written English communication skills

Aim to have a career in HR Department

Analytical and flexible minded, creative and good team player

Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
