Job summary

Bosch is seeking a senior software engineer to develop control software based on product and process requirements. You will discuss concepts with both internal and external developers and design, document, and implement software plus unit tests.

You will work with Simulink, C++, and Python, release software versions according to quality procedures, and help improve software development processes across the department. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of relevant work experience or equivalent level.
Experience with Simulink, C++, and Python is essential.

Responsibilities

Developing control software based on product and process requirements.
Discussing and defining concepts with both internal and externally located developers.
Designing, documenting, and implementing software - including unit tests - based on the defined architecture.
Implementing new features, especially in Simulink, C++, DSL, and Python (for pipeline development).
Releasing software versions in line with quality procedures.
Developing new automated tests and build features to improve workflow efficiency.
