Tüpraş is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical engineering activities across project phases, including equipment, piping, and commissioning. The role involves coordinating procurement and technical reviews as Owner's Engineer to achieve project objectives.

Strong English, teamwork, and adaptability are essential for delivering safe, on-time, and within-budget projects within a major energy company.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

What You’ll Do?

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering activities throughout all project phases, including static and rotating equipment, piping systems, tankage, installation, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare technical specifications, tender packages, and technical evaluations, and provide support during procurement and contracting processes.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities as Owner's Engineer to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Lead the technical review and assessment of engineering designs, technical deliverables, deviations, and change requests, ensuring compliance with project scope, applicable standards, operational requirements, and investment objectives, and provide recommendations to support key project decisions.
• Monitor site construction and inspection activities and ensure the successful integration of new investments into existing facilities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and performance expectations.
• Provide technical input for project planning, reporting, progress monitoring, and performance tracking activities.
• Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and coordination activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality management systems, company procedures, and relevant regulations.
