Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales, export sales, business development, or regional sales management.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Experience in distributor management and dealer network development.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the African region.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand the export region and understand the market, competition, and potential customers.
• Develop and execute export sales strategies and business plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Identify and engage potential international customers, distributors, and partnerships.
• Pursue market expansion through new product launches and market penetration.
• Negotiate sales agreements and favorable terms with clients and partners.
• Ensure export activities comply with international trade regulations and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and report results to senior management.
• Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries promptly.
