Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in Gaziantep hosts a Marketing Development Intern at the Vodafone Business Tech Hub within Gaziantep Model Fabrika. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, event coordination, and business development while contributing to regional growth initiatives.

You will tour visitors, support lead generation, create marketing materials, and coordinate with regional teams to drive engagement and measurable outcomes in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• BSc. student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in related field is a plus.
• Able to work at least 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct informative tours and presentations for visitors, showcasing the Hub's content and case studies.
• Ensure all case studies within the Tech Hub are functioning correctly and report issues promptly.
• Assist regional sales in scheduling meetings with potential clients, institutions, and associations.
• Develop and implement ideas to attract visitors from Gaziantep and nearby provinces and generate leads.
• Coordinate with Istanbul-based Marketing team to ensure seamless communication.
• Support lead generation and client engagement with the regional sales team.
• Assist in creating and disseminating marketing materials tailored to the regional audience.
• Gather and report feedback from visitors to improve the Tech Hub experience.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Development Intern to support the promotion and operational activities of the Vodafone Business Tech Hub within Gaziantep Model Fabrika. This role offers hands‑on experience in marketing, event coordination, and business development, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to regional growth initiatives.

• Conduct informative tours and presentations for visitors, showcasing the Vodafone Business Tech Hub's content and case studies,
• Ensure all case studies within the Tech Hub are functioning correctly; promptly report any issues to the relevant teams,
• According to the factory's visit and event calendar; assist the regional sales team in scheduling meetings with potential clients, institutions, and associations,
• Develop and implement creative project ideas aimed at attracting visitors from Gaziantep and neighboring provinces, converting interest into actionable leads,
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Istanbul-based Marketing team and the Gaziantep operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination,
• Work closely with the regional sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting lead generation and client engagement efforts,
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and newsletters, tailored to the regional audience,
• Gather and report feedback from visitors and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement of the Tech Hub's offerings and visitor experience.
