Anadolu Vacuum is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Adana-based team in Turkey. You will support brand communication, digital presence, content creation, and B2B marketing for industrial customers.

Working onsite with sales, engineering, and production, you will translate technical capabilities into clear marketing messages, manage social content, website updates, catalogs, and campaigns to strengthen our market position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visuals: product photos, banners, brochures.
• Work with engineering and production teams to understand technical products and convert them into marketing messages.
• Support product marketing for vacuum components and custom chambers.
• Assist in preparing company presentations, catalogs, digital documents, and corporate communication materials.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and basic marketing KPIs.
• Support e-mail marketing, event announcements, and international customer communication materials.
• Maintain brand language, visual quality, and professional tone across platforms.
• Research competitors, market trends, and industrial communication styles.
• Support Anadolu Vacuum’s visibility in vacuum technology, semiconductor, research, and advanced manufacturing markets.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support Anadolu Vacuum’s brand communication, digital presence, social media content, website updates, product marketing, visual coordination, and B2B communication activities. Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, organizing, and improving marketing content for Anadolu Vacuum’s online and offline communication channels.

This includes social media content, website pages, product announcements, company presentations, catalog materials, campaign ideas, visual content coordination, and marketing performance tracking.

The ideal candidate should understand the importance of professional communication in industrial markets and be willing to learn about vacuum technology, precision manufacturing, semiconductor-related industries, and high-value B2B customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare content for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Support the creation of professional posts, captions, campaign ideas, and product announcements
• Assist with website content updates, SEO texts, blog posts, and landing page content
• Coordinate visual materials such as product photos, factory visuals, banners, presentations, and brochures
• Work with engineering and production teams to understand technical products and convert them into clear marketing messages
• Support product marketing for vacuum components, custom chambers, and precision manufacturing solutions
• Assist in preparing company presentations, catalogs, digital documents, and corporate communication materials
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and basic marketing KPIs
• Support e-mail marketing, event announcements, and international customer communication materials
• Maintain consistent brand language, visual quality, and professional tone across all platforms
• Research competitors, market trends, and industrial communication styles
• Support Anadolu Vacuum’s visibility in vacuum technology, semiconductor, research, and advanced manufacturing markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong writing and communication skills in Turkish and English
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation
• Ability to prepare clear, professional, and brand-focused content
• Interest in B2B marketing, industrial products, technology, and manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of SEO, website content, and digital marketing principles
• Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow deadlines
• Ability to work with different departments including sales, engineering, production, and management
• Creative mindset with a professional working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial marketing, B2B marketing, or manufacturing-related sectors
• Experience with LinkedIn content strategy and company page management
• Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, or website content management
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar design/video tools
• Ability to create or coordinate product visuals, short videos, reels, and presentation materials
• Understanding of technical products, engineering language, or manufacturing processes
• Experience with SEO content writing and blog preparation
• Familiarity with CRM systems, e-mail campaigns, or digital advertising is an advantage
