Job summary

ARDVENTURE is seeking a Marketing Specialist to strengthen brand awareness and drive customer acquisition through strategic digital marketing initiatives. You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, optimize content and SEO, and coordinate email marketing and CRM activities.

You will create technology-focused content, support events, and nurture leads to grow our startup ecosystem. English proficiency is required and knowledge of the Turkish market is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital analytics.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in technology, entrepreneurship, coworking, virtual office services, or B2B industries is a plus.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will strengthen our brand awareness, manage customer acquisition activities, and contribute to our growth journey through effective digital marketing initiatives.
