Job summary

Eaton Group in Turkey seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and stabilize resin injection and CNC machining processes, focusing on capability, cycle time reduction, quality, and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to implement standardized methods, perform root cause analyses, and support new products and equipment. Lean and Six Sigma experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA or Engineering Management).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Experience in injection molding and CNC machining environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and improve process capability, repeatability, and stability.
• Investigate process variations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop standardized manufacturing methods and best practices.
• Support daily production issues through structured root cause analysis.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate process changes and ensure proper validation before implementation.
• Update process documentation, routings, BOMs, and work instructions as required.
• Support introduction of new products, equipment, and process technologies.
