Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, stabilize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes in Resin Injection and CNC Machining. You will focus on process capability, cycle time reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency, partnering with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies, root cause analysis, and documentation control, with involvement in PFMEA and process validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in engineering disciplines relevant to manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Min 5 years of manufacturing experience in relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and improve manufacturing processes, aiming for higher capability and stability.
• Reduce cycle time, improve OEE, increase throughput, and optimize tooling and machining strategies.
• Lead change management for process changes with proper validation and documentation updates.
• Drive quality improvements and defect reduction with root cause analysis and PFMEA support.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operators; collaborate with Maintenance on equipment reliability.
