The British American Tobacco Türkiye invites applications for a Global Graduate in Operations at the Samsun Factory. The 18-month programme blends real jobs from day one with world-class trainings to build commercial acumen, leadership, and operational knowledge.

Participants rotate across functions, gain international exposure, manage projects, and receive coaching from mentors. The program promotes internal advancement and global leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

Our Operations Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the manufacturing/supply chain/qualityteams work together to achieve outstanding business results.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
• A maximum of 2 years of relevant work and/or internship experience. Driven, ambitious and proactive.
• An inspiring and engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with business partners at all levels.
• Able to bring both an analytical attitude and a creative problem-solving & growth mindset approach.
• Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.
• Proficiency in English.
