Job summary

British American Tobacco Türkiye is recruiting a Global Graduate in Operations in Samsun Factory. The 18-month program blends real work from day one with structured trainings to build your commercial acumen, leadership and operational know-how.

You will rotate across functions, gain international exposure, receive coaching, and join a global network of graduates while developing project-management skills and a growth mindset. Proficiency in English is required.
