Job summary

Sanipak in Gebze, Turkey, with 1600+ employees and a broad export footprint, is seeking aMaintenance and Engineering professional to lead building maintenance and construction across existing and new facilities.

The role emphasizes preparing reports and analyses, identifying inefficiencies, driving root-cause improvements, and guiding cross-functional teams on small to medium projects, with a preference for SAP PM experience and good English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading maintenance and construction processes for facilities with regulatory compliance.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Preferably be able to lead building maintenance and construction processes for all existing or planned structures at the facility, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations,
• Prepare reports and analyses related to the area of responsibility, identify inefficiencies such as maintenance costs and equipment failures, and propose improvement actions,
• Identify development opportunities, conduct root cause analyses, and lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions,
• Foster team motivation and build strong interpersonal relationships,
• Manage small- and medium-scale projects using project management methodologies.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering,
• Good command of English,
• Preferably experienced in the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Gebze or the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
