Job summary

Sanipak is seeking a product marketing professional to drive market analysis, coordinate domestic and international marketing activities, and support lifecycle management for leading brands. The role requires collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain to develop compelling marketing materials and successful product launches.

• Plan and coordinate trade fairs, seminars, events, and industry organizations.
• Work with sales teams to analyze customer needs and develop marketing initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and lifecycle, analyze sales data, and suggest improvements.
• Execute product launches and marketing activities.
• Support product positioning, pricing, and portfolio management.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Conduct market and competitive analysis for the assigned products.
• Be responsible for the domestic, international, and e-commerce marketing processes of the assigned products.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and other relevant departments during new product development processes.
• Monitor the preparation and update of product catalogs, brochures, presentations, technical documents, and other marketing materials.
• Take part in the planning and coordination of trade fairs, seminars, customer events, and industry-related organizations.
• Work closely with sales teams to analyze customer needs and develop marketing initiatives that support sales performance.
• Monitor product performance within the scope of product lifecycle management, analyze sales data, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Execute product launches and other marketing activities related to the products.
• Support product positioning, pricing, and portfolio management activities.
• Define product and brand strategies and objectives, and develop marketing plans accordingly.
• Monitor budgets and product costs, identify needs, and create proactive action plans accordingly.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in product management and marketing.
• Preferably experienced in chemical raw materials, the food industry, and/or the out-of-home consumption channel.
• For male candidates, completion of military service.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
