Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading maintenance and construction processes for facilities with regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and analyses; identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Identify development opportunities, perform root cause analyses, and lead cross-functional implementations.
• Foster team motivation and build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Manage small- and medium-scale projects using project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead building maintenance and construction processes for existing and planned structures.
• Prepare area reports and analyses; identify maintenance costs and equipment failures.
