Job summary

FENDI in Istanbul seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running the store with a focus on team effectiveness and profitability. The role champions high standards of service and client satisfaction on the sales floor.

You will lead by example, coach the team, enhance clienteling and VIP relationships, coordinate trunk shows and events, and ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM and retail tools.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to generate trust among both co-workers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and merchandising.
• Drive clienteling, VIP relations, trunk shows and events.
• Analyze sales, KPIs and implement action plans.
• Ensure staff appearance, selling ceremony and standards.
• Organize store rotations, shifts and holidays.
• Collaborate with other stores to optimize client experience.
