Job summary

Moncler Florentia Village Istanbul is seeking full-time Client Advisors to join our luxury outlet. As Brand Ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional client experience, guide customers through product knowledge, and support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

You will contribute to the training and development of colleagues, build lasting client relationships through clienteling, stockroom and VM tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles in luxury fashion.
• Experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles.
• Passion for luxury retail and client service.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation; relocation is a plus.
• Fluency and sophistication in English; another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a unique client experience and long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Advise clients on the Brand and product categories; develop product knowledge.
• Exhibit clienteling and sell-through; assist in stock management and VM.
• Support the management team with coaching and training; lead by example.
• Contribute to and support store operations and customer reception.
