Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Bodrum is seeking an Engineering Technician to support luxury resort operations. You will assist with building services, maintenance checks and daily operations to ensure guest comfort and safety.

You will perform checks on the boiler house, lifts, dumb waiters and air conditioning systems, while upholding grooming and professional image standards as a role model for the team.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the uniform provided is kept in good condition, clean, presentable and grooming standards are adhered to showing example for the team and a professional image for our guests.
• To inform Chief Engineer of your presence on duty, signs for any keys or bleeps that maybe required prior to commencing your shift
• To check hotel daily operation report
• To carry out checks of boiler house
• To check that all lifts & dumb waiters are in good working order
• To carry out checks on hotel Air conditioning controllers in tank room
