Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to support luxury operations overlooking the Aegean Sea.

This role involves enforcing grooming and uniform standards, coordinating with the Chief Engineer, and performing routine checks of boiler, lifts, and climate controls to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uniforms are clean, pressed, and presented to guests with professional grooming.
• Notify Chief Engineer of duty presence and sign for keys or bleeps required before shift.
• Check hotel daily operation reports.
• Carry out boiler house checks.
• Inspect lifts and dumb waiters for proper operation.
• Test hotel air conditioning controllers in tank room.

Duties And Responsibilities

• To ensure the uniform provided is kept in good condition, clean, presentable and grooming standards are adhered to showing example for the team and a professional image for our guests.
• To inform Chief Engineer of your presence on duty, signs for any keys or bleeps that maybe required prior to commencing your shift
• To check hotel daily operation report
• To carry out checks of boiler house
• To check that all lifts & dumb waiters are in good working order
• To carry out checks on hotel Air conditioning controllers in tank room
