Job summary

Soho House Istanbul is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service at the hotel’s front of house. You will handle check-in/check-out, greet guests with a smile, and coordinate with reservations and other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and check-out for guests
• Provide concierge-style guest services and respond to guest requests
• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage as needed
• Maintain reception area presentation and telephone systems
• Coordinate with Reservations and other departments to handle inquiries and reservations
• Ensure accurate cash handling at Reception and communicate guest feedback
