Job summary

MAHLE GmbH in Gebze, Turkey invites Master’s students in Engineering for a long-term internship in R&D. You will join the BU2 Thermal and Fluid Systems team, support daily operations, help organize technical documentation, and contribute to data collection and reporting.

You should be in your final year with graduation in 2027, able to work at least four days per week, and have strong English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Final-year Master’s student in Engineering with graduation in 2027.
• Availability to work long-term (minimum 4 days per week).
• Strong interest in automotive/manufacturing industry and data-driven improvement.
• Excellent MS Office and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and ongoing projects of the assigned department.
• Assist in preparing, updating, and organizing technical documentation.
• Participate in data collection, reporting, and analysis for production, quality, or engineering processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support communication and coordination with local and global teams.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and internal documentation.

Your Contribution

• Support the daily operations and ongoing projects of the assigned department
• Assist in preparing, updating, and organizing technical documentation
• Participate in data collection, reporting, and analysis activities related to production, quality, or engineering processes

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Final year Master’s student in Engineering - graduation in 2027
