Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Logistics Operations Responsible to oversee warehouse operations in Tuzla. The role covers planning inbound/outbound/returns, capacity tracking, and team development, with a focus on production capacity transfers with customers in regular meetings.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of warehouse experience (preferably in e-commerce), strong English, and the ability to work shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3 years of experience in warehouse processes, preferably in e-commerce
• Experience in inbound/outbound, product care, and shipping
• Strong English language skills
• Able to work in shifts in a dynamic environment
• Experience in field force management

Responsibilities

• Plan Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience processes
• Track and realize capacity targets
• Manage and develop Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience team
• Monitor transfer of production capacities with customer in daily/weekly meetings
• Plan production budget
• Track and realize productivity targets
• Monitor income and expenditure balances of responsible projects
