Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 7–8 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience managing 3PL providers and KPIs.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes and controls.
• Advanced SAP and WMS knowledge preferred.
• ERP (SAP) and WMS inventory reconciliation is a plus.
• Fluent Turkish and professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations across channels.
• Manage inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain stock with cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Coordinate destruction and obsolescence processes and approvals.
• Support SAP and WMS usage; drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, take corrective actions, ensure SLAs.
• Prepare operational reports and assist audits.
