Job summary

tesa in Turkey seeks a proactive Logistics Executive to support and optimize logistics, slitting and 3rd party activities. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations in logistics while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage subcontractors, oversee export and customs processes, handle 3rd party procurement, monitor inventory, and perform SAP-driven transactions. Strong English, 2–3 years in logistics and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, customs, or transportation operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Experience in warehouse management and inventory follow-up.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontracting operations including slitting and die-cut processes with external service providers.
• Coordinate export, customs, procurement, and logistics activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Handle 3rd party procurement processes and ensure timely order follow-up.
• Manage export logistics activities, including transportation planning, customs coordination, and documentation processes.
• Conduct export customer master data and Domino system checks to ensure smooth order processing.
• Coordinate warehouse activities and monitor inventory accuracy to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage procurement activities for consumables, logistics-related materials, slitting machinery, and spare parts.
• Perform daily operational transaction processing and follow-up in SAP.
• Support demand planning and inventory management activities by monitoring stock availability and supply risks.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, global procurement teams and Finance teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
