Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Logistics Operations Responsible to oversee warehouse operations and drive efficiency across inbound, outbound, returns, and product care processes. You will coordinate capacity, budget planning, and performance metrics with cross-functional teams.

You will manage and develop the inbound, outbound, return, product care and customer experience teams, ensuring accuracy in daily activities and timely communication with partners.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in related department.
• 3 years of experience in the warehouse processes; preferably in e-commerce.
• Picking, product care, park ptl, shipping,inbound and outbound experience.
• E-commerce warehouse stock management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal.
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in field force management.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Customer and solution-oriented.
• Living/willing to live in the Anatolian Side of İstanbul or Kocaeli.
• Able to work in shifts when necessary.
• Complete military service for male applicants.

Responsibilities

• Planning of Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience processes.
• Tracking and realization of capacity targets.
• Management and development of Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience team.
• Tracking the transfer of production capacities with the customer in daily and weekly meetings.
• Tracking and planning of production budget.
• Tracking and realization of productivity targets.
• Monitoring the income and expenditure balances of the projects for which it is responsible.
