Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, life sciences or a related field.
Proficient Turkish and professional working English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Legal right to work in Türkiye.

Responsibilities

Support daily operational requirements.
Assist with coordination of inbound and outbound logistics to meet timelines and quality standards.
Help maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in our systems.
Prepare simple reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve routine supply issues and improve processes.
Participate in training and development activities, applying feedback to improve performance.
