Job summary

TikTok Turkey is seeking a Live Creator Operations professional to build and nurture relationships with Live creators and management, educating on platform policies and features while guiding them through structured training and growth paths.

You will monitor live performance, provide daily operational support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan creator activities, delivering insights to boost engagement in the MENAT region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 3 years' experience in Partnership, Content, Marketing or Education/training roles in internet businesses.
• Ability to adapt to a startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Live creators and management.
• Be responsible for creators education & training. Provide systematic education and training for creators to help them become familiar with and understand TikTok platform, live functions and platform policies.
• Develop development paths and content strategies for creators, monitor creator live performance, and help creators improve data and content quality.
• Daily creator operations, providing help, support and communication to creators, encouraging creators to go live broadcasting; and weekly/monthly dimension creator performance analysis.
• Cooperate with the XFN teams to brainstorm and design creator activities and coordinate platform resources to achieve business goals.
• Based on the MENAT region and the live industry itself, to provide strategic thinking and methodological suggestions for TikTok Turkey live creator operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelors degree or above.
• A minimum of 3-years' experience in Partnership, Content, Marketing, or Education and training industry roles within the internet.
• Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment.
• Excellent business acumen in emerging technology. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Turkish to collaborate with international and Turkish-speaking stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Self-starter and able to manage multiple high profile initiatives simultaneously.
• Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture.
• Understanding of latest live-streaming trends and AI tools.
• Experience in industry of social network, mobile entertainment, technology, and media & entertainment, education & training is preferred.
• Candidates who have worked with, or have connections with, creators, agencies, media companies, OTT, celebrities and livestreaming applications are preferred.
